San Francisco is basically one giant photo studio if you know where to wander 📸

A few of my favorite spots when you want engagement photos that feel a little less “engagement photos” and a little more like you spent the afternoon running around the city together:

📍 Pacific Heights — pretty sidewalks, insane houses, pockets of greenery + that effortless SF neighborhood feel
🍸 The Lucky Spot, North Beach — dim lighting, cocktails, flash photos + the perfect excuse to start your session with a drink
📍 Vallejo Street Stairway — tucked away, romantic, green + one of those spots you’d probably walk right past if you didn’t know it was there
🌁 North Beach — colorful storefronts, crosswalks, old-school SF architecture + plenty of places to duck into along the way
🌊 Baker Beach — because sometimes you just need the bridge, the ocean + a little wind ruining your hair in the best way
🌿 The Presidio — eucalyptus, winding roads + quiet corners that somehow don’t feel like you’re in the middle of a major city

My favorite way to photograph SF is to pick 2–3 spots that feel completely different and make an afternoon out of it. Grab a drink. Walk a few blocks. Get a little lost. Let the city do most of the work.

Trying something new with the post today 💫🤍 these two get to tie the knot tomorrow and I’m so ready to run it back with them after these insane engagement photos. No awkward poses. Just natural prompts to keep them moving and interacting with each other. Bogey was the goodest boy ever, a model dog if you will.
