Through this effort, we’re deploying xFold™ heavy-lift autonomous drones powered by xNav™ AI to enable ultra-early detection and rapid, autonomous wildfire response. The goal is simple: get eyes, intelligence, and suppression to a fire in seconds—not hours.

This is about building life-saving technology and advancing tools that can help protect firefighters, communities, and our environment. Honored to be part of a team pushing this mission forward.

Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a smart, proactive Project Coordinator / Assistant to help us stay organized and keep things running smoothly across our San Francisco and Los Angeles (Santa Clarita) locations.

Day-to-day tasks will include:
- Scheduling & calendar management
- Parts procurement & shipping coordination
- Team follow-ups & CRM updates
- Light client communication & support

Project tracking, order & inventory management, and invoicing

Skills we're looking for:
Excellent communication, fast thinking, resourceful, and organized. Comfort with:

- Google Suite, Microsoft Office, CRM tools
- Zoom, Twilio, calendar systems
- Customer service, order resolution, and light project management

Bonus: experience with government grants or aerospace logistics

Hours: Part-time (approx. 30 hrs/week)
Location: Hybrid — Remote work plus in-person meetups in both San Francisco & Los Angeles as needed

This role is ideal for someone who’s self-motivated, detail-oriented, and excited to support a fast-growing aerospace company doing some seriously innovative work.

🚀 We’re thrilled to announce a groundbreaking collaboration between Kaizen™ Aerospace and Autodesk! Together, we’re pushing the limits of what UAV technology can achieve by developing modular testbed platforms for performance-aided design.

Our xFold™ drones are at the heart of this collaboration, showcasing incredible capabilities—from safely lifting 1000lb cargo to supporting human rescue missions. Soon, we’ll be introducing the xFold™ DragonH2000, capable of lifting an astonishing 2000lbs!

By partnering with Autodesk, we’re combining the power of sensor-based data collection, cloud-based digital twins, and innovative UAV design to drive real-world insights and accelerate the design cycle. Together, we’re taking UAV performance and design innovation to the next level! 🌍✨

🚁 Successful Showcase at the Disaster Expo in Los Angeles! 🚁

Last week, Kaizen™ Aerospace had the incredible opportunity to present our xFold™ drones at the Disaster Expo in Los Angeles, demonstrating their unmatched capabilities for search and rescue missions. Our xFold™ UAVs, with payload capacities ranging from 1lb to an impressive 1000lb, are designed to perform in the toughest conditions, including human rescue operations, providing critical support to first responders when it matters most.

We are thrilled by the overwhelming interest and positive feedback from attendees, and we’re excited to start working with our new partners and clients in the search and rescue market worldwide. Together, we aim to push the boundaries of UAV technology and make a significant impact in saving lives across the globe.
