Update on my beauties hearing loss:
She will have to have another hearing aid on her “good” ear. Since we found out Callies diagnosis in 2017, we dreaded this day would come. There’s no words to describe the worry we feel for our child and the life she will have in the future since it’s so unknown with having EVA.
I will say, Callie made it sooooo easy. The audiologist and ENT walked us through all the steps of what’s to come, and Callie is so excited. She will feel more balanced, and is happy that she gets to wear two hearing aids. We are so proud of her!

*Reminder for everyone- Wearing masks muffles the sound, and it is so hard for people who have hearing loss trying to hear when someone is speaking, especially if there is a lot going on in the background with extra noise. Repeat yourself if necessary and speak more slow... I thought I’d share!😍
