Last week, some of my friends were talking about authentic Butter Chicken that we generally don't get to taste in America.

I thought of making it today.... Here is my innovative version of "The Butter Chicken" - Chicken = "The Butter Aloo"

I agree that it is not looking like Butter-Chicken but is damn tasty especially with Deep's Methi Paratha :)
