Oh my friends & clients... there has been much change afoot. We have moved to North Carolina this winter and are loving life there. Surrounded on three sides by woods, it is paradise! This was my last day of 63! I had a great workout Peninsula Pilates with Lacey! She did a supurb job of leading my workout and being my photography assistant by snapping the shutter after I set up the shot. Pilates keeps me strong and healthy!!
