Let me introduce myself.

Iā€™m Klodjana ā€” photographer, mom of three, business owner, and someone who spends a surprising amount of time lifting heavy things.

Photography has been part of my life for two decades, but itā€™s only one part of it. Most days, Iā€™m somewhere between running a business, raising kids, hearing approximately 700 ā€œI donā€™t knowā€s, and trying to get a workout in before someone needs me.

So, if we havenā€™t met yetā€¦ hi. This is me.

Thereā€™s something about photographing this age.

Theyā€™re sitting, reaching, grabbing, looking right into the cameraā€”but theyā€™re still completely themselves. Curious, expressive, a little wiggly, and changing almost by the day.

For sitter sessions, Iā€™m not trying to make babies look older than they are. I want to capture exactly who they are right now.

Good portraits are rarely about simply standing in front of a camera. Theyā€™re about direction, light, expression, and knowing how to make the subject feel comfortable (even though theyā€™ve just met you).

For the all the faces - the cute smiles, the quirky looks, the scrunched up nose.
Babies grow out of these expressions so fast. Itā€™s a stage worth documenting.
