Senior Rep Spotlight ✨

Meet Kennedy, a senior at Clackamas High School and one of the amazing faces representing Uplift NW Photography’s senior rep team!

Kennedy has been doing competitive dance for as long as she can remember, and you can tell just how much passion and dedication she has for it. When she’s not dancing, you’ll find her baking, getting lost in a good book, spending time with her friends, or doing one of her favorite things…getting to know new people.

This girl is such a fun combination of creativity, warmth, and genuine curiosity about the people around her, and I’m so excited to watch her senior year unfold!

Senior Rep Spotlight ⚡️

Kaylynn is a senior at Barlow, a competitive dancer both at school and with a local Dance Academy. She is smart and kind and always has a smile on her face.

Kaylynn has brought so much sunshine to the class of 2027 senior rep team and is someone that all of the girls know will always be in their corner. She’s the oldest daughter, as am I, which means we tell it like it is, but with love Ofcourse.

I am so grateful to get the opportunity to invest in Kaylynn’s life during her senior year. It is such an honor to have her representing my business and brand this year.

Kaylynn, you are such an incredible person and I can’t wait to see what this school year holds for you!

Class of 2027, you have KEPT me busy this year, and I mean that in the very best way.

I’ve never been someone who loves having an editing queue. I’m usually the photographer who wants to stay caught up, deliver galleries quickly, and make sure sessions never pile up too much. And then this summer happened.

One amazing session after another. Then family time, a little personal time, and of course… more sessions. Somehow the editing queue grew right alongside the most incredible season of senior portraits I’ve ever had.

So if you’re waiting on your gallery, I just want you to know how incredibly grateful I am for your patience and understanding. Every session in that queue represents a senior who trusted me to tell a little piece of their story, and I never take that for granted.

And speaking of incredible seniors… how gorgeous are these girls?! This is a recap of my Class of 2027 senior rep teams end of summer Beach Trip/Photoshoot. We had such an incredible time, got some stunning photos and made some Core Memories.

This team is becoming such a special, exclusive experience for the girls who are part of it, with styled shoots, team trips and holiday parties, gorgeous individual portraits, surprises, and so much more.

If you’re heading into your junior year this year, start thinking about it now. Senior Rep Team applications open in January for the Class of 2028.

And trust me, you’re going to want to be part of this one.

Every now and then, I get someone in front of my camera who is pure personality, confidence, and FIRE. Drea was all of that and more.

She trusted my vision, showed up in the most adorable outfits, and brought an energy that had us laughing, dancing, and constantly oooo-ing and ahhh-ing over the back-of-camera photos, the dreamy sunset, and all the gorgeous garden flowers.

The best part? She’s from my home town and friends with the kids of friend I grew up with 🥰 such a small world.
This girl is such a natural in front of the camera, and I honestly don’t think she even realizes it.

Drea, I hope you walked away from our session feeling like the main character you absolutely are because WOW, did you bring the energy. Thank you for trusting me to document the start of this milestone year!

August on Mount Hood, if you need me and can’t find me, that’s probably where I’ll be and I have been absolutely LOVING everything about this season.

These are the days I spend exploring my favorite wildflower locations, chasing mountain views, and soaking in all the beauty that makes Oregon so unforgettable.

And this is exactly why I love senior portrait experiences so much.

Because it’s not just about creating a pretty photo. It’s about getting outside, exploring somewhere beautiful, laughing, slowing down, and creating memories you’ll cherish long after your senior year is over.

Your portraits should feel like genuine memories and like a chapter of your life you’ll always want to remember.

Here’s to the last moments of summer, wildflowers under our feet, and views worth remembering forever.
