1. Be open. Be affectionate. Be vulnerable.
Vulnerability is very much key.
Hold hands. Kiss cheeks. Rest your forehead against theirs…it doesn’t take much but you have to be open.
I promise that the camera (and the viewer) can feel when love is guarded, and when it’s freely given.
2. Be fully present.
If you want emotional images, you have to allow yourself to feel and let go.
Slow down….Breathe….Stay in the moment instead of worrying about what it looks like (that’s my job).
3. Choose connection over control.
Your children don’t need to be perfectly behaved.
They need to be loved.
Movement, laughter, closeness —
that’s where the magic lives.
__________
The most beautiful images come from openness, affection, vulnerability, and from letting yourself feel it all in the moment.
If you’re willing to show up fully, I promise the images will reflect that.
Save this if you’re planning a session 🤍
