On October 7, on what was going to be a beautiful Shabbos day, A NAKBAH, fell on the peaceful Israeli residents along the Gaza border.
In a well-planned and rehearsed operation, fifteen hundred Hamas terrorists broke through the border and began to slaughter every living thing in their paths. The terrorists invaded peaceful towns and villages dragging men women and children out of their beds, shooting, stabbing, and beheading infants.
Two hundred seventy young people who were at a weekend music concert were found and slaughtered by the terrorists. Women were r***d, then cut to pieces. The men were machinegunned in their extremities before being set on fire.
Falling back on an age-old practice of kidnapping your enemy's citizens to be used as bargaining chips for later use, several hundred citizens of all ages were dragged, kicking, and screaming onto motorbikes and cars to be taken back to Gaza by the Hamas Terrorists.
We cannot do anything for the close to fifteen hundred Israeli citizens who were murdered by the Hamas terrorists.
But we can try and put pressure on world governments to get the 241 hostages released. Rallies have been held around the world. Two were held in the South Bay Area. Downtown San Jose and downtown Palo Alto.
Local political and Religious leaders assured the crowd that they would do what they could to help return the hostages.
Speaker after speaker brought home the horror of family members calling them, as terrorists went from house to house killing everyone they found.
Those families who were able to get into their safe rooms found their houses set afire when the terrorists couldn't break into the room.
The stories were heartbreaking, and we are resolved to "BRING THEM HOME"
