Portrait PopUp at ☀️

Yesterday was one of those days that reminds me why I love this community so much.

Ten bookings, countless laughs, and a whole lot of wonderfully awkward portraits later, I’d call that a success.

A huge thank you to everyone who stepped in front of the backdrop and fully committed to the pose. You made this day so much fun.

Big love to for hosting and bringing together such a great group of local makers.

Lucky to have my fave neighbor for the company all day long, and to for casually throwing a handstand into the portrait session.

I love being out in the field with these kiddos, but there’s something extra special about seeing their work printed, displayed, and ready for a gallery show. 📸

This first week of camp has been such a blast. I’ve loved getting a glimpse into how these young photographers see the world and helping them discover new ways to tell their stories.

I’ll share a full recap after tomorrow’s gallery show, but for now, here’s a little peek at what we worked on today 👌

A little peek inside Photo Camp this week 📸✨

One of my favorite things has been watching these young photographers slow down and start seeing the world differently. What began as snapshots is quickly turning into intentional images as they learn about light, composition, storytelling, and perspective.

The photos in this post are a mix of images the campers have created and behind-the-scenes moments I’ve captured along the way. And honestly? I’m pretty blown away by what they’re creating.

This camp has never been about keeping kids busy. It’s about giving them the tools, confidence, and creative foundation to make art that’s uniquely their own.

We still have a few more days to go, but I couldn’t wait to share some of the magic happening behind the scenes.
