As I settle in to a new phase of my life in Santa Fe, NM, I am feeling grateful to all my friends in the Berkshires and beyond who have put up with me for the last 35 years or so.
Moving from a green beautiful area, with vistas like Baldwin Hill in Egremont.
Into a place of a starker beauty, where water is more immediately precious and a lot more scarce.
