I want to thank Kayla for doing a great job managing the store while I was gone. We just finished a 15 day road trip from
1. Santa Maria, CA to Las Vegas, NV (approx. 5.5–6 hours):
2. Las Vegas to Zion National Park, UT (approx. 2.5–3 hours):
3. Zion National Park to Bryce Canyon National Park, UT (approx. 2 hours):
4. Bryce Canyon to Page, Arizona (approx. 2.5 hours):
5. Page to Sedona, Arizona (approx. 2.5–3 hours):
6. Sedona to Las Vegas, NV (approx. 4.5–5 hours):
7. Las Vegas to Santa Maria, CA (approx. 5.5–6 hours):
It was awesome. Had the best time truly enjoyed my time with my husband. Did not think I was capable of hiking 5 to 8 miles a day. Yet I am addicted to trail hiking now. We finish off our last night in Vegas going to the Arte museum and having a nice dinner and now back to work.

The Tale of the Faded Photograph
A spirited young boy named Keven. He was full of boundless energy and an insatiable curiosity about the world around him. One day, Kevens teacher announced that the school would be holding a picture day. The thought of having his picture taken excited him, determined to look his absolute best.
The night before picture day, Keven lay in bed, wide awake, imagining how he would look in his photograph. However, there was one small problem: Tommy had convinced himself that his hair needed a bit of a trim. Unable to sleep, he tiptoed to the bathroom, grabbed a pair of scissors, and decided to take matters into his own hands.
By the time he was done, his hair resembled a patchy field rather than the neat style he had envisioned. The excitement turned into panic as he stared at his reflection, realizing the gravity of his impulsive decision.
The following morning, Kevens mother was taken aback by his new hairstyle. Her initial shock soon turned to frustration, as she understood the importance of the day ahead.
Despite the mishap, Kevens mother helped him dress in his best clothes, and with a reassuring smile, she sent him off to school.
At school, Keven’s nervously awaited his turn for the photograph. When he finally stood in front of the camera, he mustered a brave smile, hoping to hide his embarrassment. The photographer, noticing Kevens uneven haircut, offered a kind word of encouragement, capturing the essence of Kevens adventurous spirit in a single click.
As the years passed, the photograph of young Keven faded, losing its original color and vibrancy. Yet, the story behind it remained vivid in the hearts of those who knew it. The faded picture became a cherished family heirloom, symbolizing not only a boy’s determination to look his best but also the love and understanding of a mother who saw beyond the surface.
Recently, the photograph was restored by Arrow Photo, its colors and details brought back to life. As Keven is now an adult, gazed at the revitalized image, he couldn’t help but smile, remembering the lesson learned that day. It was a reminder of youthful mistakes, family, and the timeless joy of a simple story captured in time.
Every picture indeed has a story, and Kevens was one of creativity, innocence, and love—a tale that would be shared for generations to come.

Every picture has a story, this is Matthew’s story:
It was just a gift for my girlfriend I wanted to give her for her birthday. The purpose for it was combining our common loves and interests. She’s a big fan of the new Superman movie that recently came out. A big reason for her loving it is due to Superman’s dog in the movie, Krypto. Krypto’s energetic and destructive, but also extremely lovable, behavior is a spitting image and representation of her dog Leia. She loves that dog more than anything in the world (even probably more than me sometimes). So the image of her looking over the Earth while holding Leia was not only a representation of the movie, but also meant to show that her whole world is in her arms as well.

Film Scanning The negatives have just completed the scanning process and is now queued for rotation and upload to Google Drive. We’re love to see how it sparkles! Achieving Success with Teamwork and Preparation
Today, we were tasked with producing 115 panorama prints, each measuring 8 x 21 inches, and individually packaging them. We received the file at 11 a.m. with a deadline of 5 p.m. We completed the task by 2 p.m., thanks to the leadership of my manager, Kayla, and the combined efforts of our dedicated team.
