What if I told you this first photo could be your kids’ public school lunch? That’s exactly what Conscious Kitchen has set out to do. When they reached out with this opportunity, I was all ears (and taste buds!). It was an incredible coming together of foodie superpowers from far and wide…renowned food sponsors, school district food service directors and their own tried and true recipes from across the state, all working toward the same goal! Nutritious, efficient, healthy, organic school lunches. Watching these talented school chefs share the kitchen, collaborating and supporting each other (and maybe tripping over each other) in real time, honestly felt like being on the set of a cooking show.
