Sometimes a portrait asks for a little more.

When you choose an image to become wall art, I don't simply send the same finished digital file off to be printed larger. I take another look at it specifically as a piece of artwork for your home.

That can mean refining the composition, removing distractions, adjusting the background, or adding more artistic finishing when the image calls for it.

This maternity portrait was one of those images. I loved her pose, the soft blue gown and all of that gorgeous hair, and I knew there was something more I could create with it.

Master artwork retouching is included with wall art, because a portrait made for your walls deserves a little more than simply being printed bigger.

Lavender dreams 🤍

I’m always a little excited when parents choose purple for their newborn session. It’s such an underrated color and photographs so beautifully 💜

And would you believe this sweet girl made me work for these sleepy little poses? 😂 You’d never know it looking at the final images, but not every baby sleeps through their entire session, and that’s completely normal.

Luckily after photographing hundreds of newborns, I have a few tricks (and a lot of patience) to help create the magic 🤍
