Photos from the near total lunar eclipse 🌕 lunar eclipses aren't all that rare, there will be two next year! the next total lunar eclipse will be in 2029. During the lunar eclipse, the moon appears red due to the way light interacts with Earths atmosphere during the event. The color of the light is why a total lunar eclipse is called a "blood moon".

Thank you to everyone who came to the directors cut showing of A Ski-ter Summer! The theater can hold 95 people, and there were 77 people in the audience. Almost a full house! For those who couldn't make it, it will be available online at a later date.

Every summer, local water ski shows dazzle crowds with their acrobatic feats on the lakes. Many of them also head to Wisconsin Rapids each summer to try and claim the state championship title. A local filmmaker documented one local team’s road to state while dealing the potential loss of their ski site.
