A little reel dedicated to some truly beautiful rings - all photographed during my real Chicago surprise proposals. Every sparkle here came with nervous pockets, secret plans, shaky hands, and one unforgettable “yes.” Honestly one of the happiest things to experience every single time 💓

He trusted a sock with one of the most important items he will ever carry. Bold move! 😁

Brock popped the question on the South Pond bridge on one of those perfect Chicago afternoons. The park felt calm, the skyline was peeking through the trees, and Emma had absolutely no idea what was coming.

One of my favorite things about proposal sessions is that the fun doesn't end after the "yes." We always spend some time afterward capturing engagement portraits while everything is still fresh - the excitement, the smiles, the "we're really engaged!" feeling. Those photos often become save the dates, wedding website photos, phone wallpapers, and some of the first memories of this new chapter together.

Safe to say we made the most of their Chicago afternoon ✨

When a proposal turns into a picnic date in the middle of Lincoln Park - Megan & Matt! 💍

I just started offering styled picnic setups, and I am so excited about how this one came together! The goal is simple - you show up ready to propose, and I take care of the pretty details, so you don't have to!

Morgan was completely surprised when she saw the ring, the beautiful bouquet, and the sweet setup waiting for her. We wandered around Lincoln Park for their engagement photos before these two settled back onto the blanket to soak up the Chicago sunshine and admire that new sparkle on her finger ✨

What a beautiful day, and such a joy to be part of it. Congratulations, Morgan & Matt! 🥰

WOW... Chicago really showed off for this one ✨💍

Sure enough, just before the proposal, the fog started to lift, the sun broke through, and suddenly we had this incredible golden light pouring across the skyline. One of those rare evenings that feels almost too good to be true. Don't panic about the weather too early. Chicago loves to keep us guessing.

Heather and Tom’s beautiful secret proposal 🤍

Tom planned a private proposal with a little extra time built in just for the two of them - soaking it all in, walking around together, and enjoying the moment after she said yes (which happened with absolutely zero hesitation 😄).

The day could not have been more perfect. Sunshine, greenery everywhere, and that freshly engaged happiness that just makes everything feel lighter.
