After a 2 week hiatus, the newest episode of "Dubkir Depot," the official podcast of Dubkir Media, has dropped on Spotify, Apple, and wherever you get your podcasts!
The video version was delayed by the hard drive issues we've been experiencing, but we anticipate it to be posted to our YouTube channel within the next 24 hours.

One year ago today! It's been a full year since one of our craziest trips, heading to Chattanooga to see Southern 630 and 4501 doubleheading on the popular Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum Summerville Steam excusion. It was a fantastic day, and we got everything needed to complete our full-length program, now titled "Tennessee Valley and the Steam to Summerville," which was debuted at the Amherst Show in January!

Rocket fuel boosters for NASA's Artemis III mission in 2027 began their journey east yesterday, and today we were able to catch them in eastern Wyoming and western Nebraska!
This is the first time we've seen rocket boosters since the late 1990s near Marysville, KS. They are big and impressive!

It was a good day! We caught 4014 both west and eastbound a total of 12 times during its run from Cheyenne to Sidney today!
For now, we're not sure what to do with the video, but enjoy these phone pics from a few of today's scenes.

What a runby! UP 4014 departs...westbound?...to start the USA 250th East Coast Tour.
The train is currently wyeing at Speer, then will head east to Kimball, Sidney, and points beyond.

Today was a 2 train day for us without leaving town! First, the Denver to Laurel manifest had a former Minnesota Zephyr F7 being transported to a museum in Washington. Then, a sand load from Ottumwa, IA, to Speer [Cheyenne], WY, showed up just after dark with a pair of KCS on the back.

Today we headed into the heavy spring winds of Wyoming to catch UP's Big Boy 4014 returning from California. Here, the train departs Laramie, ready to tackle the grades of Sherman Hill.
