It’s full on summer mode! Summer camps are in full swing, sleeping in, the “I’m bored” is in full force! In this summer desert heat, it’s a senior photographers “slow season” at least for this one! Outdoor shoots are on hold unless we head north!

I do want to throw out tho, that summer is the perfect time for indoor branding sessions, so if you are a small business owner looking to elevate your personal branding images let’s talk! Send me a message!

Hi! It’s me! Figured it’s time for another intro post for all the new friends joining us.

I’m Kendra the creative behind this account! So, little bit of a story here. I have always had to be doing something creative. From scrapbooking to sewing together scraps in my mom’s sewing room, to sewing baby quilts and outfits and making wood signs for an Etsy shop, to playing piano/flute, to doing some other kind of craft! But the one thing I never had any interest to gather up was mom’s paint supplies and paint, I can’t draw or paint! I have a few kids that are amazing at drawing, but that creative outlet skipped me!

But a camera, that was a natural extension since I was very young, so it was a given that I took photography every year of high school! And now over the last 20 years, I’ve photographed weddings, families, newborns, headshots, products and seniors! I love it all, but my absolute favorite is when I get to focus on a single person. A senior, or a solo-prenuer, where I can focus on that person and bring out their personality!

So anyways, glad you are all here, welcome all the new faces!! And I would love to know, what’s your creative outlet? What do you love to create?
