A little trip down memory lane. ❤️
Most people know me as the girl behind the camera at reining shows, but not many know where it all started.
Before the reiners and the dirt flying, there was dressage.
I spent years riding, training, and completely immersing myself in the dressage world. Horses have always been my home, but life has a funny way of changing the path you thought you were on. After being diagnosed with an auto immune disorder, my journey took an unexpected turn and eventually led me to the sport of reining.
That one change opened doors I never could have imagined.
Today, I get to travel the country, tell stories through my lens, and work with some incredible horsemen, horsewomen, and clients. It’s a career I’m grateful for every single day.
But every now and then, I get the chance to go back to where it all began and spend time filming and photographing my dressage clients. And honestly, it still feels like home.
It’s funny how many people don’t know I can actually ride, too. 😂
I’m thankful for every chapter of this journey—the ones that shaped me, the ones that challenged me, and the ones that brought me exactly where I am today.
The horses may have changed, but the passion never did. ❤️
