Calling all those who work in maternal mental health, OB, L&D, NICU nurses, physicians, APPs, lactation consultants, behavioral health professionals, dietitians, doulas, midwives, and community health partners and students. It is open to the community as well!
Join us on September 26, 2026, for the Second Annual Breastfeeding Symposium in Kingston, PA. This year's theme, "Empowering Healthcare Professionals • Strengthening Family-Centered Care," focuses on providing evidence-based education and practical strategies to support breastfeeding families.
A special highlight of this year's program is Maternal Mental Health Concerns, presented by Jennifer Herman, PMH-C. Maternal mental health plays a critical role in breastfeeding success and overall family well-being, making this session especially valuable for providers caring for perinatal patients.
Additional topics include lactation ethics and legal issues, eating disorders in the perinatal period, and maternal and perinatal eating disorders and supporting black families through equitable lactation care.
Space is limited. We hope you'll join us for a day of learning, networking, and advancing family-centered care. Earning 6 CME credits applied for via PA AAP!
