Sunday reset with meee ♥️🏹🦢  As a photographer, so much of my work happens from home, so when my house is a mess, I have a really hard time staying focuse. Getting everything tidy over the weekend gives me so much more motivated to start work come Monday morning.

Lakewold Gardens is such an amazing location for photoshoots. If you want do shoot there, everyone in your party buys a general admission ticket for $12 and add on the photography fee for $25 for each person. So that’s roughly $40 each and there is no time limit. You need to do this in advance and look up the details for yourself on their website but it’s such an incredibly affordable option for a photoshoot space. I already have another photoshoot I’m dreaming up to do there!

I don’t struggle with my mental health anymore because of this machine yet so many people don’t know this treatment exists.

This is TMS Therapy, which stands for “Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation”. It’s generally covered by insurance and uses magnetic pulses to stimulate the part of your brain that regulates mood. In depression, that area tends to be underactive, almost like it’s asleep, and TMS helps wake it up and build new neural pathways that improve how your brain functions. It is FDA-approved for depression and OCD and has been studied for over four decades.

TMS is not one size fits all but if this is something you or someone you love might need, I hope this is a good starting point for discovering & demystifying the treatment.

📍 I went to in Renton, Washington (~30 mins outside of Seattle) & they used a machine, which is the most precise and targeted TMS machine available with minimal side effects. Not all TMS machines are the same, and all clinics are run independently.
