This beautiful elopement has definitely been the highlight of my week.

Monday morning started with a 2:30 a.m. wake-up call as I headed to Mt. Rainier to meet Natalie and Tom. They flew all the way from Connecticut to explore Washington's national parks and exchange vows with Mt. Rainier as their backdrop.

While this view is familiar to me, getting to experience the wonder and awe of this incredible landscape through their eyes made it feel brand new.

My heart is full, and my body is covered in mosquito bites... but it was absolutely worth it.

Such a beautiful and intimate wedding this last Saturday. We started the day at a family home on the beach in Anacortes where Taylor and Kyle exchanged vows in front of their family. We then made our way to Seafarers Memorial Park where they were met with more friends and family ready to celebrate them!

What an incredible weekend celebrating Haleigh & Cody!

We started the day at Haleigh's family home, where the excitement and anticipation filled every room. From there, we headed to the church just down the road for the ceremony—a place that holds deep family significance, as generations of family members on Haleigh's maternal side have been married there. It was so special to see her continue that tradition.

Afterward, we crossed the bridge into Astoria to celebrate with their family and friends. The evening was filled with laughter, love, and unforgettable moments, all topped off by a breathtaking sunset that felt like the perfect ending to a beautiful day.

Congratulations, Haleigh & Cody! We were so honored to celebrate with you!

Steam your gown + bridesmaids’ dresses the night before or before hair and makeup. Steam creates humidity, which can ruin curls and makeup.

Hair + makeup frequently runs behind. Build in extra time so you never feel rushed.
