The amount of disco balls that filled the space let you know it was about to be some good times. Ivy and Gunnar’s wedding had a whole lot of funk and disco music, high energy, and tons of love. Couldn’t have asked for a better day up in Snohomish, especially ending the day with that classic summer time glow here in the Pacific Northwest.

This one most definitely hits different. Being able to incorporate a basketball-inspired session into Tiffany and Ben’s elopement day was incredible. As the couple and I are all passionate about basketball, the creative vision felt like second nature. What better way to celebrate their big day than to get a few buckets. My approach towards posing couples is actually quite simple. I give some general directions to bring out the authentic you. There is movement. There is dialogue. Even if you feel nervous or shy in front of a camera, I got you. This engagement session with Ivy and Gunnar encompasses all of this, and I can’t wait for their upcoming wedding!
