Parents tend to skip family photo sessions during toddler and preschool years. Just the thought it makes us want to nap for 3 months.😂

They're heavy and wiggly. An unpredictable schedule makes them cranky. It's hard enough to get them looking at the phone camera smiling....let alone a full session with a photographer! 😂

However.

Pls hear me out. In my most honest opinion, this is truly THE BEST GOLDEN YEARS to take family photos ❤️

First, they're easily entertained. Second, any kind of random snacks make them happy...and lastly, we get to play the silliest games with them and belly laughs are (mostly) guaranteed. 😊

All of my mini games are tested and approved by even the smartest toddler who refused to be photographed at first (Elliott😂).

So don't hesitate to dress them up, go out here in the beautiful PNW, and make priceless memories! The hardest part is just to get everyone dressed and drive out. I will surely do the rest of the hard work for u. 😍

These priceless expressions of and captured forever in photographs are SO TOTALLY WORTH IT 😍

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for trusting me to be your wedding and family photographer for the past 10 years.

In my eyes, you are more than just muses. You're a lover. A parent. A fierce warrior. A fighter for your family. Yes you! ♥️

For the mothers who rushed from work just to make it in time for our session. I see you. Your kid sees you. He was happy to see you!

For the dad who did squats for the 20th time with your daughter on your shoulder, just to make her laugh. I see you.

For the mom who tried to console her daughter, because she had an unexpected boo boo, right before our shoot. I feel you. I see you.

For the dads who made funky faces and did reindeer hands on my head just to make your kids laugh. I see you.

For the single moms who worked so hard and saved up, so you can create memories with your kids in my studio. I see you. I admire you.

Photographing the Yedinaks was an absolute dream. Blue-eyed baby, giggly girls in twirly pink dresses, love-struck parents, and a pastel nursery that looked like a Pottery Barn catalog. I'm so thankful for this opportunity to capture one of the most precious, unrepeatable moments of a newborn's arrival. I truly love what I do, won't take any of these for granted

It happened to be both these adorable kids' birthday month, so we decided to make this session extra magical! We went to a local farm and had a special bonding time with Rosie the horse. The kids were over the moon and that equals to genuine smiley faces for my camera! Like what I always say, 80% of my job is to make each session a joy-filled, laughter-infused experience for your families... and the rest will fall into places.
