I want you to know that every thought racing through your head, looks a lot different to future you. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​When you come back into the studio on a later date to view your images, you've had time to process and revel in your experience. All those extra thoughts fade as your gorgeous self pops onto the screen. I want you to remember that this is the moment to treasure yourself. To see yourself in a different perspective. Did you know it's International Day of Happiness?​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​I honestly don't know how to feel about this one, but I think I'm going to take it as a wonderful reminder to make EVERY day have a moment of bliss and happiness. Because the reality in our imperfect world is it honestly wouldn't be healthy to feel happiness all the time. Without happiness, we feel empathy and a need for change. Happiness and contentment are not the same to me. Happiness is curated and intentional, which I firmly believe makes it all the more enjoyable for me when it's genuinely experienced! But I'm definitely a firm believer in fostering growth and happiness more than ever ;) We all need more happy moments in our lives, every. single. day.

"A woman who feels sensual will always be the best version of herself" - Lebo Grand​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​I had to laugh when I saw this quote, because I genuinely felt this the moment I went through my very own first bo***ir session as the model and not the photographer. My photoshoot was so much more than dressing up, having fun, and creating art I knew I'd treasure the rest of my life. It was an awakening. A version of myself I knew existed, but didn't know how to support. Being in a safe, creative environment worked wonders for me...and I see it do the same for individuals that walk into my safe, creative studio that I've built and could not be more proud of!!
