Meet baby Socorro, the newest addition to this beautiful family!

Urban. Edgy. Filmic. Night vibes.

This high school senior is a DJ and loves to indulge in pepperoni pizza, loves to watch action movies, and to hang out in vibrant Columbia City and Chinatown. So what better way to capture his essence than to start shooting his high school portraits at Pagliacci Pizza in Columbia City (his favorite pizza place) and work our way to bubble tea in Chinatown? :) We wanted the photos to exude a moody and cinematic vibe to them and a blue + teal color combo in highlights/shadows is my favorite editing style/look for capturing this mood. We had fun and this high school senior did a wonderful job of taking directives and posing. Night photos are one of my favorites.

The senior also wants to do a more formal photo shoot with we will be shooting him somewhere in Seattle with him in a suit or something fresh and clean. Stay tuned! :)

Portrait of Wasabi and the Mrs.

Fall in the Pacific Northwest is so beautiful so our family recently decided to partake in one our favorite drives around this time of year - the drive on Hwy 2. The crisp air, the vibrant colors, and sweater weather... our family loves fall. We discovered this scenic area about 20 minutes east of Monroe on Hwy 2. Such a beautiful backdrop for portraits.

A special shout out to Wasabi for looking at the camera. Pet photography is not easy. :)
