Yesterday, I had the honor and privilege of photographing the wedding of two amazing people and friends, Jordan & Isaac. All week the forecast called for rain, but it couldn't have been a more perfect day!

When if comes to wedding photography, to say I have a LOT to learn, is an understatement! However, it was an amazing experience start to finish and to witness the joining of these two incredible human beings was the icing on the (wedding) cake!

Congratulations to Mr. And Mrs. Estrada! You both are beginning a new chapter of your lives and I can't wait to see your story unfold!

Love you both! 🎉💍🤗

Spent last weekend visiting and exploring Washington DC. It was our first time there and there is so much to see and do... Too much for a weekend trip! One of the highlights was visiting the National Museum of the American Indian. It was heartbreaking to read about the Indian Removal Act and how American Indians continue to be marginalized, today.

Being aware of my blindspots and teaching our daughter to be more conscious of the inequities that permeate our society are some first steps I will take.
