Photographing 5-year-olds is an adventure. Are you up for it?
At this age, they're full of energy, curiosity, big emotions, and even bigger imaginations. They rarely sit still, don't always or seldom follow directions, and have their own ideas about how a photo session should go!
But that's exactly what makes photographing them so incredible.
As a family photographer, I've learned that the best photos don't come from perfect poses. They come from letting children be themselves and creating space for genuine connection, frustrations and joy.
So if your little one spends the session exploring, running, calling it quits, or telling me all about their favorite dinosaur, don't worry. That's where the magic happens.
