Lately I’ve found myself really sitting with the fact that it is my job to capture people’s memories, their big moments, their exciting moments, the moments they want to look back at for years and years 🥹
The question comes up “Irene, if you weren’t a photographer what would you do?” And I’ve never really had a good answer, it’s always been photography.
Having the trust and connect with others to be a part of these moments is what I do
As I run around everyday and do what I do I too like to look back at these memories with fondness. Usually, in the form of sharing social media posts 🙈 but as a working photographer social media is actually one of the most fun ways to relive and share others joyful moments! I want you to see what I see!
This rings so true for Rosa + Nicholas’s elopement 💍 The days speed by but taking a second to collect images again and see every micro expression, my heart is full!
