SEEKONK SPEEDWAY WELCOMES MONRO AUTO & THE TIRE WAREHOUSE TO SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM FOR 2023

SEEKONK, Mass. – Seekonk Speedway is pleased to announce that two businesses have signed with the third-mile oval for the 2023 season.

Monro Auto Service & Tire Center, offering auto repair, auto maintenance and tires and oil changes, and Tire Warehouse, offering new tires for your car and tire repairs, are both joining the Speedway sponsorship program for the new year.

They are joining the Seekonk Speedway family for the 2023 season and fans will be able to see their billboard on the backstretch while cars flash around the track. On each website, there is a tab in the top right for you to type in your zip code and find your closest location.

SEEKONK SPEEDWAY WELCOMES BACK SANTORO, OCEAN STATE OIL FOR 2023 SEASON

SEEKONK, Mass. – Seekonk Speedway is happy to announce the return of Santoro Oil and Ocean State Oil for the 2023 racing season at the Action Track of the East.

Seekonk Speedway Announces Robust 2023 Event Schedule 🏁

Fast Friday & Saturday Night Championship Events Includes New Four-Week Sunoco Drive For The Cup; Thrill Shows, Special Events Also Return

Seekonk Speedway announced today a jam-packed 2023 schedule of events as the track gets ready for the 77th season of operation in Massachusetts. The season will begin with the traditional Sunday afternoon opening day on May 7, and conclude with the smashing of pumpkins during a Thrill Show on October 14.

MTTI JOINS SEEKONK SPEEDWAY SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM

SEEKONK, Mass. — Seekonk Speedway is pleased to announce that MTTI — MotoRing Technical Training Institute — has joined the track sponsorship program for the 2022 season. Based in Seekonk, Massachusetts, MTTI lives on the motto of Education for Employment. They offer programs in automotive and motorcycle technician training, medical fields, computer tech, as well as building and property trades, HVAC and electrician programs.

Founded in 1985 as a workforce development program, MTTI is a bridge between employers with jobs to fill due to a skills shortage and the underemployed individual. Many of those who choose MTTI do it because they have the opportunity for short term training, which encourages a quicker path to potential employment.

The goal after MTTI is to find immediate employment, and with smaller classes and a close-knit, family-like environment at the school, students are successful. With the success MTTI has in the automotive space, Seekonk Speedway and MTTI partnering seems perfect.

SEEKONK SPEEDWAY INTRODUCES SUNOCO RACE FUELS DRIVE FOR THE CUP PLAYOFF FORMAT FOR 2022

Seekonk will debut a new and exciting playoff format for the racing season across both Fast Friday and NASCAR Saturday competition in 2022.

As part of the new way to crown champions across all nine divisions, competitors will race in three weeks of playoff action in September, headlined by D. Anthony Venditti Fall Classic championship weekend on September 23-24, where champions will be crowned. The inaugural Sunoco Race Fuels Drive For the Cup will keep fans on the edge of their seats right down to the last few laps.

The driver who bests three of his toughest competitors in the results of the final race (Fastest Four) will earn the right to be the Seekonk Speedway 2022 track champion and Drive For the Cup winner.

The new 2022 season mindset will be simple for everyone involved: Every lap matters. Every race matters. Every position matters.
