Over the last 18 months, I've had the absolute pleasure of being able to photograph Eva on several different occasions since she was 7 months old. Now, (like most two-year-old girls) she's a little diva. Mom and grandma worked really hard to get her to smile, with no luck. Halfway into her shoot though, she didn't stop cheesing. Lucky for us, it made for some great shots.

I've had the pleasure of photographing this little ham since he was 6 months old, thanks to the constant dedication and love of photos of his mommies. Aaron is turning two in a couple of weeks, and I couldn't be more grateful to be the one and only photographer that has been able to watch his transformation from baby to handsome little energenic toddler over the last 18 months. Happy 2nd birthday Aaron!

...easily one of the coolest ideas for a shoot. This is Jamie, and he's turning two. Mom came up with an amazing idea to have his shoot in the middle of downtown Annapolis on a Sunday morning before it got to crowded[hopefully] so we could photograph him in the street. Although we were surprised with a farmer's market that morning, we were able to get the shots we wanted. Happy 2nd birthday Jamie!

So, after several attempts to successfully accomplish a photo like this, it finally came to life. Jill and Troy did an AMAZING job of safely executing this shot with me and I couldn't be more proud of the outcome. Here's a little sneak peek of the newest addition to the Michaelis family, baby Luke.

As promised to his gorgeous mommy, here's your sneak peek of the REST of baby Jax's newborn shoot.

This will be my very first all black & white collage, but I couldn't help it. All of these photos are just stunning in color as well, but I felt like Jax's b&w&color Orioles photo should be displayed with just b&w images. (He's already routing for the right team!)

The ideas that mom and dad had for this shoot definitely came to life and I'm beyond pleased with the outcome.

Thanks to my best friend, I was given the opportunity to photograph her sister, Jackie, her husband, Randy, and their two precious puppy children. Despite the thousand degree temps that day, a mid-shoot twisted ankle, and 20 minutes to find parking, we still had a blast. Jackie and Randy, your disk is on it's way!

...by far, one of the most difficult collages to put together. All of their photos turned out incredible, so after choosing 13 photos to post, I managed to narrow it down to include these 6. That was rough!

I had such a great time photographing the Michaelis family including dad, mom, their precious daughter, and newest addition due to join the world on September 10th. Can't wait till your disk arrives!
