Sometimes the most beautiful moments come when everything doesn’t go according to plan.

Angel + Caleb trusted me when the rain followed us all the way up to Newfound Gap—and I am SO glad they did.

We could have turned around. We could have waited for a “perfect” day. Instead, they embraced the rain and let the Smokies do what they do best.

So here’s your reminder for your own session or wedding day: don’t be afraid of a little rain. Don’t let an imperfect forecast convince you that your photos can’t be incredible. Sometimes the unexpected weather creates the moments, colors, movement, and emotion that we could never plan.

Every detail came together perfectly, and it was such a joy getting to capture the love between these two and all the happiness surrounding them. Some love stories begin with a chance meeting, but this one was beautifully guided every step of the way.

Chelsie and Jimi first met while working together at Chick-fil-A, where a friendship quickly grew into something much more. From serving side by side, to serving together at church camp, God continued to write their story.

On the last morning of camp in Panama City Beach, surrounded by friends and church family, Jimi surprised Chelsie with the sweetest proposal after their group photo. What began as a simple beach morning became one of the most unforgettable moments of their lives.

Fast forward to their wedding day at Douglas Overlook, where they promised forever surrounded by breathtaking mountain views, joyful family, and the faith that brought them together.

It was such an honor to capture every laugh, happy tear, and heartfelt moment. Congratulations, Mr. & Mrs. Roblero! May the Lord continue to bless your marriage as you begin this new chapter together. ❤️

We took our kids to Washington, D.C. for something a little different… not just to see art—but to truly be immersed in it 🎨✨

From museums to the streets, we challenged ourselves to slow down, look closer, and create instead of just observe. Each of us picked a color… and spent the day chasing it all around the city through our lenses 📸

It was amazing to watch how something so simple turned into creativity, connection, and seeing the world in a whole new way ❤️

Art isn’t just in galleries… it’s everywhere—you just have to look for it.
