I wanted to come on here and announce that I will not be taking any more bookings for 2026. (If youโre already on my books for 2026, you will remain on my books unless I notify you otherwise.)
Photography has been an amazing part of my life and itโs something I could never loose passion for. However, these last few months have been very difficult for me to keep that passion going.
I stepped into photography as a hobby and then that hobby turned into the best job Iโve ever had. I got to be my own boss while doing what I love, creating art for other people. I got to explore and learn and I loved every minute of it.
Lately though, itโs become something that is hard for me to enjoy. Itโs been more about enforcing my policies and boundaries more than it has been about creating art, making people smile and learning new skills. Therefore itโs important for me to take a big step back and eventually come back into this hobby with grace and love again.
So with all of that being said, this is not goodbye. Look out for posts that contain mini announcements throughout this year or possibly dates open for sessions! But for now, I am going to focus on my family and pursue a new career that I am so excited for!
After much consideration, and lots of thinking, I have decided to take on a different route in my career path. I have officially been given an amazing job opportunity and am very excited to take on this new experience.
