For Lunch: Sandwiches.

No cooking this time. We pulled the houseboat onto shore, grabbed some pre-made sandwiches, and got back to enjoying the day. Sometimes simple is all you need.

We’re on houseboat time up here. Breakfast at noon, lunch at four, and dinner at nine. Not a bad place to make a meal.
