Meet Milk Dud — the 9-month-old Highlander bull calf with fluffy bangs, baby swagger, and absolutely no understanding that he is not, in fact, a paid runway model. He actually belongs to a good friend of ours who was kind enough (and brave enough 😂) to let us borrow him for the Christmas minis. Milk Dud took that opportunity and RAN with it… straight into full-blown celebrity status.
And then there’s Striker, our seasoned pro and former rescue horse we got about 5 years ago. At this point, he’s basically the George Clooney of the wagon set. He knows his role, he knows his angles, and he definitely knows that wagon = unlimited horse treats. His professionalism depends heavily on snacks.
Together they make the ultimate Christmas duo:
✨ One borrowed baby cow with main-character energy
✨ One veteran horse who works strictly for payment in treats
It’s adorable. It’s chaotic. It’s festive.
And honestly… we’re all just here living in their holiday movie. 🎄🐮🐴
We’ve got ONE more day with our fluffy celebrity guest, Milk Dud, before he heads back home and Striker reclaims his throne as the official star of the Christmas minis.
Milk Dud still has two spots open tomorrow — 2:30pm and 3:00pm — perfect for anyone wanting holiday photos with a calf who’s 90% fluff, 10% attitude, and fully convinced he’s the reason Santa shows up.
Claim a spot before he demands a green room and a personal hay stylist.
After Milk Dud clocks out and returns to his regular cow life, we’ll be adding more Christmas minis on December 14th, featuring Striker, our veteran model who does not work for free and expects horse treats as payment up front.
Let me know if you want to snag one of those fluffy, festive, slightly chaotic holiday spots!
