... Quiet time doesn’t mean you are alone, per se. It also doesn’t necessarily mean you are purposefully being reflective or mindful. Sometimes, it is simply about the quiet. Other times, it is about enjoying a solo activity.

Studies have shown that being in nature can restore and strengthen our mental capacities, increasing focus and attention.
