I don’t know how other photographers are, but I do know what I do.

There’s not an industry standard or a governing body that says “photographers must conduct themselves as such…”

So I’ve had to create a standard for my business.

It’s not standard for a photographer to go home and back up their images after a wedding—> but I do it because I never want to tell someone I lost their wedding photos.

It’s not standard for a photographer to prioritize your family during your wedding —> I do it because I used my wedding photos at my dad’s funeral.

It’s not standard for a photographer to deliver a mini gallery in the first 48 hours after your wedding—> but I do it because I know how excited you are to see your wedding.

It’s not standard for a photographer to explain the process or why they’re doing something—> but I will so you can feel more confident in me and in front of my camera.

When you’re deciding who to hire for your wedding day, don’t be afraid to ask lots of questions. Take it seriously. You’re asking someone to document the most important day of your life.

You deserve someone who understands that. 💕

Fall Minis are live!

I will have two dates open for spots :) Sept 20th and October 11th.

Sept 20th will be in Dayton
Oct 11th will be at Acme

Both locations give a diverse look so it doesn't look EXACTLY like everyone else's that sign up for minis. There's also a ton of foliage so we can capture some beautiful fall colors. I'll add the link in the comments.

Somehow I’ve stumbled upon doing extended family sessions and I’m not the least bit mad about it . :)

Things I hear —> “my family is chaos” to which I respond “I have five kids, you can’t scare me.” 😂

I genuinely enjoy extended family sessions. I think it’s such a blessing to see everyone gathered together. 🫶🏼
