Any talent I have in photography came as a surprise to me. It started as part of my job, and then became a hobby and an artistic outlet. Growing the business in the midst of growing a family was both challenging and rewarding and the friendships I've made over the years because of it are the best part of all!
While I'll never stop, the business part of photography is going back in the bag, so to speak, while I pursue different talents and hobbies... and grandkids! It's going to be hard! Even as I write this, I want to delete it all and say forget it - I'm all in! But it's time and I don't want to become someone whom others whisper about as "it's way past time for her!"
There are a few of you that I owe sessions to this Spring, hit me up! My website will continue to be a resource for your past photo sessions and any orders you'd like to place as well. If you had sessions that didn't include digital downloads, hit me up for a Closing-Shop-Deal!

Senior sessions have the best surprises! I knew Sam wanted some pics with his guitar, but I didn't expect the woodland concert, and to leave a session feeling so relaxed! Sam, you have such a peace-filled, quiet spirit! What a gift! And talent to boot! Congratulations on SENIOR YEAR!!

One of the things I love about photographing seniors is hearing what they want from their sessions and working to deliver! The lovely Ms. Margot was all about keeping it simple, her version of "nothing weird". Simple looks so good on her and was refreshing as a photographer! Ya know, sometimes you just have to be a little bragadocious when it comes to your kids... especially when you get to celebrate the big milestones!
