In December, I was diagnosed with male breast cancer… something most people don’t even realize men can get.

I went through major surgery and weeks of radiation, receiving treatment away from home at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Gilbert.

To get through it, I cashed out everything—savings, investments, even retirement—just to stay afloat.

At the same time, I had to put my businesses on pause.

No income. No momentum. Just survival.

Now treatment is (mostly) over… but recovery is just beginning.

I’m working to rebuild my health, my life, and everything that had to be put on hold.

Appointment & Rural Property Access Policy

Because many of the properties we serve are located in rural and mountain communities, travel time and scheduling blocks are significant. When an appointment is reserved, that time is dedicated exclusively to your project.

This policy helps protect that time while remaining fair and reasonable.

Interior Access Appointments

This policy applies to services requiring interior access, including interior photography, Matterport tours, walkthrough video, and similar media services.

Exterior-only drone services that can be completed from public access are excluded.

To ensure a smooth appointment, please confirm:
• Property is unlocked or lockbox access is verified
• Pets are secured
• Occupants have been notified
• Property is camera-ready at scheduled time

Cancellations
• More than 24 hours’ notice: No fee
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service fee

Advance notice allows us to reallocate travel and scheduling time.

No Access / Missed Appointment

If we arrive at the scheduled time and cannot gain access, the appointment time and travel have already occurred.

In those situations, the base service fee will apply.

We are always happy to reschedule based on availability.

Travel Considerations

Due to the rural nature of our service area, significant travel time may be involved. Once travel has begun, applicable travel fees remain in place even if access issues arise.

Weather & Drone Work

Drone services will be rescheduled at no penalty when weather or FAA safety restrictions prevent flight.

Exterior-only drone jobs are not subject to the Interior Access Policy.

We understand that rural properties often involve tenants, lockboxes, livestock, weather, and other moving parts. Our goal is simply to protect the time reserved for your project so we can continue serving our communities reliably and professionally.
