ATTENTION

Well, this definitely wasn’t on my schedule for today. 😅

My laptop decided to crash right in the middle of editing and, unfortunately, it’s looking like it’s completely done.

Thankfully, I keep all of my sessions backed up on an external drive, so before anyone worries — your photos are SAFE and absolutely nothing was lost! 🙌🏻

I’ve already ordered a new desktop, but it won’t be here for about a week. Until then, I’m kind of stuck and unable to continue editing. Because of that, there may be a little extra time added to gallery deliveries.

I know waiting for your photos is already hard enough, so I truly appreciate everyone being patient with me while I get this figured out. As soon as that new computer shows up, you can bet I’ll be glued to it catching back up. 😂

I will be out of the office from Sunday, August 9th through Sunday, August 16th, as both of my boys will be undergoing surgery during this time.

I appreciate your understanding and patience while I take this time to be with them and support them through their recovery. I will respond to any messages as soon as I am able upon my return.

There is just something so special about maternity sessions. 🤍

They're not just about a growing baby bump. They're about the quiet moments before life changes forever. The excitement, the anticipation, the little hands that are about to become big siblings, and soaking in these last moments as a family of three.

This sweet family absolutely knocked this session out of the park. You can just feel the love in every image.
I seriously cannot wait to meet the newest little addition to this beautiful family. 🤍✨

🤍 That’s a wrap for 2026. 🤍

I honestly can’t believe I’m saying this… but my books are officially CLOSED for the rest of the year.

Every single session on my calendar represents a family, a couple, a senior, or a mama trusting me to capture a season of their life, and I never take that for granted. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for choosing Steele Shots Photography.

To everyone who booked with me this year—I cannot wait to create something beautiful together.

🤍 A little business update! 🤍

First off… thank you. Seriously. The support you all continue to show Steele Shots Photography means more than you’ll ever know.

I’m so excited (and incredibly grateful) to say that my books have filled up so quickly! As of right now, I’m completely booked from now through the end of September.

I currently have 6 session spots remaining for October and November, and once those are filled, my 2026 books will officially be closed.

If you’ve been thinking about booking your family, maternity, couples, or senior session this fall, now is the time to reach out before those last spots are gone!

I can’t wait to spend the rest of this year capturing so many special memories with you all. Thank you for trusting me behind the camera. 🤍

Another session at Plant Paradise, but make it maternity edition. 🌸🤍

I swear this greenhouse never disappoints. Between all the flowers, the dreamy light, and the cutest family, this session was such a fun one to photograph.

One thing I loved about this session was watching the girls love on their mama and baby sibling already. You can tell this little one is coming into a family that is so excited to meet them.

Maternity sessions are about more than just the bump. They're about documenting this inbetween season...the waiting, the excitement, and all the little moments before life changes in the best way.

And thank you to Plant Paradise for always being one of my favorite places to create beautiful images. ✨🌿

If you had told the beginner photographer me that extended family sessions would become some of my favorite sessions, I probably wouldn't have believed you. As an introvert, the thought of meeting a whole group of new people at once used to make me so nervous.

But somewhere along the way, those sessions became the ones I look forward to most.

I love getting to see the different relationships, hear the family jokes, watch the grandparents with their grandkids, and capture all the little interactions that make each family unique. Every family has its own story, and it's such a privilege to document a piece of it.

This session was no exception. The wind definitely had other plans for us and tried its best to be the center of attention, but everyone rolled with it, laughed through it, and we still created some beautiful memories together.

Thank you all for reaching out to capture your family. The chaos, the laughter, the wind, and all. 🤍

Some seasons deserve to be remembered forever. 🤍

Getting to photograph Naomi and Terry as they prepare to welcome their little one was such an honor. The love, excitement, and quiet anticipation they share made this session so special to capture. These two are stepping into such a beautiful new chapter, and it's easy to see how loved this baby already is. From the way Terry looks at Naomi to the way they both hold onto every little moment, their connection shines through in every image.
