We are Hai-En and Sandra Peng, photographers specializing in lifestyle, portrait, and event photography, serving Ventura and Los Angeles Counties. Just so you know where we are coming from, our interest in photography developed shortly after we got married in 2004, as we began realizing that the images from our point-and-shoot camera just were not meeting our expectations. The last straw was after

our trip to the Big Island in 2005 where I (Sandra) attempted for half and hour to take a silky flowy waterfall picture and failed miserably. After that, we vowed to get a better camera. We invested in our first digital SLR camera in 2006 and have been hooked ever since. we redeemed ourselves by taking this photo (http://pengphotography.com/site/ #/info/about-us/) in Maui in 2009.
