Motherhood is truly one of the greatest experiences you'll ever get to do, but it is also the hardest and most humbling.

It's hard always pouring into your babies. What's harder is remembering to pour into yourself.

You HAVE to learn to fill your own cup first.
You HAVE to do things you love.
You HAVE to remember you're living your life for the first time too.

All you need is a few hours away for one day! One day to be completely pampered. One day to remember the freaking baddie you are!!!👏🏼

If any of these sting even just a little bit, know I say it all with love 🖤

1️⃣ You choose to prioritize every one else in your life except you. You SAY you want to do things. You SAY you want to feel important. You SAY all of these things, but you never give yourself the chance to SAY yes to you!! 👀

2️⃣ You feel like you HAVE to have a partner to do a session. Hell freaking NOOOO! This experience is for YOU. Sure it's nice to share your images with a partner, but they really don't matter in this situation 🤷🏼‍♀️

3️⃣ You think that since you don't have lingerie, wear lingerie, or even know what to look for, you can't do it. Girl, stop lying to yourself! That's why I have 400+ pieces for you 😉

4️⃣ You want to believe that you'll do it when you "finally lose those last 20lbs." Nobody gives a f**k about your weight 🤣 You can look just as amazing as a size 22 as you can a size 2 😘

5️⃣ You say that you'll do it once your confident. That the biggest lie you'll continue telling yourself, because it'll never happen. 99% of women struggle with lack of confidence, which is WHY we do a session!👏🏼
