Some photographs mean a little more to me than others. ❤️

I've had the privilege of photographing Amare and his family since he was just a little boy. And now, all these years later, here we are celebrating his senior year!

It's hard to put into words just how special that is for me.

Amare, I want you to know how incredibly proud I am of the young man you've become. Your academic accomplishments, your dedication to your education, and the goals you're setting for your future are all things worth celebrating. You have so much ahead of you, and I'm genuinely excited to see where your education and career pursuits take you.

And Melissa, thank you. ❤️ Thank you for trusting me with your family's memories for all these years. You've allowed me to document some pretty wonderful chapters of your lives, and that is something I will never take for granted. Your continued friendship, kindness, and support mean more to me than you know.

One of the greatest gifts of being a photographer for as long as I have is getting to watch the little ones I once photographed grow into remarkable young adults.

I'm sharing a few photographs from when Amare was little alongside some of his senior portraits. What a joy it's been to watch him grow!

Congratulations, Amare! I'm proud of you, my friend. Keep working hard, keep dreaming big, and enjoy every bit of this exciting chapter of your life.

Golden autumn light, beautiful fall colors, and a whole lot of personality! 🍁📸

What an absolute treat it's been photographing this young lady throughout her senior year!

From the warmth of summer to the gorgeous colors of fall, Ella brought her beautiful smile and wonderful personality to every session! We had plenty of laughs, some incredible light, and even a couple of adorable four-legged friends joining the fun! 🐾❤️

What a senior session! 📸

I had such a great time working with you and creating your Senior Portraits. You brought such an easygoing personality to the session, and I’m SO thrilled with what we created together!

But one of my favorite parts of getting to know you was hearing about your love for writing — and that someday, you’d like to become a writer yourself.

I think that is SO COOL.

There’s something pretty special about photographing someone at this point in life, when the next chapter is still completely unwritten — especially when that person happens to love writing stories himself. ❤️

Johnny, thank you for spending the time with me and trusting me with your Senior Portraits. Keep writing, keep creating, and keep chasing that dream.

From casual looks to the suit, Amare absolutely crushed it — relaxed, confident, and incredibly natural in front of the camera. We had some beautiful morning light to work with and created such a great variety throughout downtown.

The Espland Family ❤️

Jess and Justin have trusted me with their family portraits for many years now, and one of the greatest gifts of doing this work is getting to watch families grow right in front of my camera.

This session was an especially wonderful one. Corrine, Evelyn and Madeline are growing up far too quickly — and this time, we were able to bring the grandparents into the photographs as well.

Three generations, a beautiful summer evening, plenty of laughter, and photographs that I hope become even more meaningful as the years pass.

Jess & Justin, thank you for continuing to invite me into these chapters of your family’s story. It was wonderful seeing everyone again. ❤️
