What a beautiful day celebrating the children who make all of this worth it.

Our Simply Me Art Show was filled with so much joy, so many beautiful portraits, and so many people who showed up to celebrate these incredible kids. We are so grateful to every family, friend, and supporter who came out and made the day so special.

At Jacie Leigh Studios, we believe every child deserves to be seen for exactly who they are in this moment.

We were also honored to support FOUND., an organization working to make sure children in our community have access to basic necessities like food, clothing, hygiene items, and school supplies. Their mission is to remove the barriers that can keep a child from learning, growing, and thriving.

It’s officially our favorite time of year. The ‘ber months…you know what that means!🎅🏻🎄🍪

For nearly a decade, families have walked through our doors for something that has become so much more than a visit with Santa.

Every year brings a new story, a new experience and a little more Christmas magic to add to the memories already made.

And somehow, we’ve made it all the way to Year Ten.

Some families walk into your studio and instantly remind you why this work matters so much. 🤍

These sweet babies are the kind that make baby fever feel very, very real. The tiny details, the lovies, the sibling kisses, the way they love on each other so naturally, all of it just melts me. For this session, they chose artwork that tells each child’s story beautifully to remember this season exactly as it is.

This is why I love creating finished artwork so much. These aren’t just images to scroll past. They are little pieces of their childhood, ready to be enjoyed every day.

To this precious family, thank you for trusting me with your babies and for loving these portraits as much as I do. I adore you all. 🤍

BEAUTIFUL YOU SPOTLIGHT | Mandy

Some stories aren’t defined by what was lost, but by the One who carried them through it.

Amanda shared that by the age of 33, she had lost her grandmother, her mom to cancer, and the last immediate family member who had helped raise her. She walked through seasons of grief, depression, and learning how to navigate a life that looked nothing like she expected.

But she also shared something even greater.

That God never left her.

He met her in the heartbreak, gave her strength she didn’t know she had, and slowly began rebuilding what grief had broken. Even years later, He continued writing a story of restoration in ways she never could have imagined.

As Amanda says, “My life is not defined by what I’ve lost, but by the One who has carried me through it all.”

It was an incredible honor to photograph this chapter of her story.
