Unit #72, a 2006-2016 Chevrolet Impala 9C1, serves the Hardin County Sheriff's Office in Kentucky. The unit and its deputy provide security for the Elizabethtown Community College Training Center in Glendale, currently used by Blue Oval/SK. Hardin County encompasses 623.9 square miles, has 112,803 residents, and has experienced the loss of 5 deputies.

Slidell Police Department, Louisiana. 2015-2020 Chevrolet Tahoe PPV

Caught this Tahoe at a movie theater in Slidell where the officer was working an off duty protection detail for the theater. though somewhat plain I really dig Slidell’s graphics package.

The city of Slidell is part of the New Orleans-Metairie-Kenner metropolitan statistical area. it’s population as of 2023 is 28,714 residents within an area of 15.2 square miles and was incorporated in 1888.

The Slidell police department currently has around 130 employees of which approximately 90 are sworn. The department is currently led by chief Randy Fandal.

3 officers have perished in the line of duty one of which was caused by gunfire. Sergeant Earl Lucien Alfred



Sergeant Earl Alfred was shot and killed while responding to a robbery call at a jewelry store. He was shot and killed with his own gun as he struggled with the suspect. A 20-year-old store employee who the suspect stabbed 22 times managed to crawl to Sergeant Alfred's patrol car and call for help.

The 26-year-old suspect was apprehended, convicted of murder, and sentenced to life.

In 2015 a street named Sergeant Alfred Drive was named in his honor.

Sergeant Alfred had served with the Slidell Police Department for five years. He is survived by his wife and daughter. He was 35 years old

This unit sports new graphics compared to the dodge chargers and even other Durangos in the fleet.

The Bay St Police Department serves an area of 26.62 miles and a population of a little over 11,000 as of 2023.

The current chief is Toby Schwartz who has multiple years of experience in both federal and local law enforcement.

Two officers have lost their lives in service to the city of Bay St Louis. Sergeant Steven Robin and Officer Branden Estorffe.

(This post is a bit personal as I knew sergeant Robin because he frequented where I worked and I would consider him a friend.) B24, B35 you will forever be in our hearts.

1998-2012 Ford Crown Victoria, Pass Christian Police Department, Mississippi.

This is one of two crown vics in the department’s fleet, both are used as reserve vehicles.

The city of Pass Christian is a beachfront community in south Mississippi with an area of 15 square miles and a population of 6,186.

There are approximately 20 patrol officers currently on the force, the current chief of police is Darren Freeman who brings over 23 years experience to the agency. Many of those spent as a Mississippi Highway Patrol Trooper, holding positions such as the director of internal affairs.

Fortunately 0 officers have died in the line of duty serving the city.

Mississippi Highway Patrol 2021-2023 Chevrolet Tahoe K-9 Unit out of troop K in Harrison County.

The Mississippi Highway Patrol serves a state with a population of 2.95 Million residents with an area of 48,430 square miles. On average MHP employs 550 state troopers although state law allows for up to 650 at one time. The current director is Colonel Randy Ginn.

28 Troopers have given their lives in service to the great state of Mississippi.

For my first post I’ll be showcasing a 2011-2014 body style Dodge Charger. This unit is assigned to the Memorial hospital security team sergeant in Gulfport MS. The Sheriff’s office does not typically use chargers and white units are essentially nonexistent making this a unicorn for the agency.

The Harrison County Sheriff’s Office has 350 sworn law enforcement officers and serves an area of 976 square miles with a population of around 209,000 residents

The current Sheriff of the county is Troy Peterson who has served with the agency for over 30 years but is nearing retirement.
