This is frequently in and around the Omaha, NE area, but can include other areas as I travel around the country/world. I frequent SCA events and try to capture as many pictures as I can. The Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA) has a standing authorization from me to use any of my pictures, so long as they were taken at SCA functions or events, for any SCA purposes. PLEASE NOTE: I operate off of a policy of implied consent. If you would prefer that pictures of you not be posted on Facebook, please let me know. I will honor requests to take pictures of persons down that are made in good faith by the person pictured or their duly appointed representative. If you say nothing, I will assume that I have your permission to post pictures of you. ADDITIONALLY: Please note that I will NOT honor requests to take down pictures of personal property, animals, etc., unless: 1) the picture depicts a building or other improvement, and the building, improvement, or land on which the building or improvement resides is easily identifiable through the image, and the owner of the land, building, or improvement (or their duly appointed representative) makes the request to remove the picture; or 2) the picture includes a person, who is easily identifiable through the image, and that person (or their duly appointed representative) makes the request to remove the picture. I claim photographer's privilege for all photos that do not meet the conditions laid out here.

Interesting factoid: if you're reading this, there's about a 2:1 chance that you're a woman between the ages of 25 and 54. (Apparently I've bucked a trend: Facebook users, as a whole, tend to be between the ages of 18 and 44, with a slight preference towards men over women.)

This one was taken at a park in the Phoenix area. The picture needed a longer exposure time (0.3 seconds) because it was close to sunset at the time, which is why my son appears as a blur in the picture.

I still think it looks cool.
