There are sessions that are beautiful… and then there are sessions that feel sacred. This one was both.

Simple. Soft. Full of the sweetest anticipation.

I’ve had the privilege of documenting so many milestones for these amazing friends, and every time feels like being entrusted with something incredibly special. That trust is not something I ever take lightly. It’s one of the biggest reasons I do this work. Not just to create images, but to beautifully freeze time for seasons that move far too quickly.

And maternity sessions… they carry their own kind of magic.

There’s something so profound about this in-between time. The waiting. The wondering. The way you pause a little longer, imagining who they’ll be and who you’re becoming. You can’t fully prepare your heart for how much it’s about to grow and maybe that’s what makes this season so breathtaking.

I am so very excited for you both. So honored to witness and capture this chapter. So ready to watch you step into life as a family of three. And I truly cannot wait to meet that sweet little one. 🤍

There is something sacred about capturing the last quiet moments of a family of three. Moments suspended between what is and what is becoming. Moments filled with wondering how this new love will stretch bigger than anyone imagined. And then one day, it does. Effortlessly. Completely. Until everyone can no longer remember life before that love existed.

This sweet family welcomed me into their home, into the place where they feel safest. The place that will soon cradle a brand new beginning. This day, this session, this family felt like a quiet kind of magic. And I was simply a witness, lucky enough to watch it all unfold behind my lens. ✨

My awesome kiddo is about to turn 8 and somehow it feels like it all happened in the blink of an eye. I love getting creative with my girl, especially as she gets more into these sessions and starts bringing her own ideas along. The years move fast, the changes happen even faster, and I’m doing my best to keep catching these little moments as they race by. So grateful I get to freeze time for just a second, both for her and (mostly) for me. 😉

8th Annual Mommy & Me photos with my mini! 🤍

This year, while in Florida, we picked a beach location for our photos that holds some of my husband’s childhood memories, which made it even more special. We went casual, ended up completely soaked, and collected way more shells than we needed (but how could we not?). I love capturing these moments with my girl while she still lets me… and I secretly hope this tradition never ends.

Stepped outside today to capture the most beautiful riverside wedding. Debra and Duane gathered a few of their closest friends and family for an intimate backyard celebration that was truly magical. From the gorgeous florals to the moment they stepped into the river, every detail was filled with love, warmth, and intention.
