Thoughts… 💭
They can either torment you or help you strive. To be honest I’ve been struggling myself lately trying to stay on the positive. The devil may have initiated thoughts, but I myself kept them going because I was believing what was being said in my mind. He’s attacking everyday because he knows what I’m trying to do. He knows that I want God. That I want the best version of me within God. I have to accept that it’s going to be a never ending battle. However, I have to know that I’m already victorious because of what Jesus did for me. The devil knows he can’t win in the end, that’s why he wants to take as much of us on earth down with him. Don’t let him win. Let God fight your battles with you, you’re not the only one.

When negativity or doubt try to take up space in our minds—we must counter those thoughts with God’s Word and speak His truth to every lie. Our Heavenly Father declares that we are seen, we are loved, and we are forgiven. (Philippians 4:8)

Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.
