I woke up to this message in my inbox from a couple whose wedding I photographed almost 2 1/2 years ago and it honestly stopped me in my tracks.
Zoe‘s note reminded me that what I do as a photographer isn’t just about taking pretty pictures. It’s about connection, trust, and helping people feel seen and comfortable enough to be themselves in front of the camera.
As a business owner, it’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day hustle of emails and editing, but notes like this bring me right back to why I love this job so damn much.
I feel so grateful for this reminder, and for all the incredible people I get to meet along the way. 💜
