After more than 25 years photographing people and families throughout Tampa Bay, I’m excited to introduce something new.

This work has always been about more than making a beautiful photograph. It’s about documenting the people you love, the season of life you’re in, and creating something that becomes more meaningful with time.

To celebrate the launch, I’m introducing my Heirloom Portrait Collection, a fully guided portrait experience that includes session planning, wardrobe guidance, professional posing and lighting, and finished portrait artwork created to be displayed and shared generationally.

As Elena Joseph and I celebrate our 21st wedding anniversary this Sunday, I find myself wondering where the time has gone.

Just this week, we took our daughter, Gia, back to Ohio University for her sophomore year. It feels like yesterday she was starting kindergarten. Life has a way of moving much faster than we expect.

The older I get, the more convinced I become that the bedrock of a family begins and ends with the strength of a marriage. It isn't built in the big moments alone, but in the countless small choices we make for one another every single day.

I certainly don't have all the answers, but over the past 21 years, Elena and I have learned a few lessons that have helped us navigate both the joys and the challenges of marriage. We've also been blessed to learn from some incredible couples in our family and among our closest friends.

I hope you'll take away something that helps you lay a strong foundation for an upcoming marriage or inspires you to invest more deeply in the one you're already

A few days ago, I posted five images on Instagram and asked a simple question: Which ones were shot on film, and which were shot digitally? The responses were interesting. Some people were confident. Some guessed completely wrong. Some admitted they had no idea. And honestly, that was the point.

Within the past couple weeks I've had several inquiries / questions about film. So let's play a little game I like to call "digital or film". Catchy isn't it? Let me know in the order that you see them which you believe is digital and which you believe is film. The first one who gets all of them correct wins a complementary engagement or portrait session.
